| Lakers Pick Up Second Salem Commit

Grand Valley State picked up a sleeper in Heath Parling earlier in the season and just this week, scored a verbal commitment from his teammate, shifty running back Anthony Mullins. Anthony Mullins is off to GVSU. The 5'11, 190-lb running back from Plymouth Salem was one of the bright spots on their team this year along with fellow Laker commitment Heath Parling. As a junior, Mullins rushed for 1,053 yards. As a senior, he was selected 1st Team All-Conference and set school records for rushing yards in a game (324) and touchdowns in a game (6).
