Grand Valley State picked up their fourth known verbal commitment of the year today when Utica Eisenhower quarterback Taylor Copacia committed to the Lakers.

Taylor Copacia profile

The 6'4, 190-lb Copacia had an offer earlier in the year from Ball State, but that spot was later filled with a commitment.

He worked out at Grand Valley State a few weeks earlier.

As a senior, Copacia went 114 of 201, for 1,550 yards, 16 touchdowns and nine interceptions despite missing some time due to injury.

In his junior season, he made Detroit Free Press All-East Second Team after passing for 2038 yards and 14 touchdowns. He completed 192 passes on 315 attempts and also scored three touchdowns on the ground.

A full interview with Copacia will be online tomorrow right here at GVReport.com
